Ukraine is currently going through a full-scale invasion by Russia. It is a very dangerous time for the Ukrainian people and the world. There have been breaches of international laws, therefore putting people at risk. It is important to stand with the people of Ukraine at this time.
There are many ways to help. From placing sanctions to making a donation. Here are some ways you can show your support to helping the people in Ukraine, and around the world.
- You can encourage your government official to place economic sanctionson Russia, or to stop a flow of money or production to Russia.
- You can donate to places like UNICEF to help supply basic needs to struggling people in Ukraine.
- You can orgagnise a local march to show your support.
- You can inform friends and family about the situation in Ukraine, and ask them to show their support.
Of course, those are not the only things you can do to help. We all need to show our support and help out, in any way we choose to do it.
