Answer: Valentine’s Day is an old tradition! It was first celebrated back in the year 496, which was about 1,525 years ago! As for how it started, there are lots of different ancient stories. Some are happy, some are sad, and some are even bloody!
Question: How do different people celebrate Valentine’s Day?
Answer: Lots of people enjoy celebrating the holiday with special cards, flowers, and chocolate. However, this is definitely not how everyone celebrates. In South Korea, Valentine’s Day is celebrated around 13 times per year! Every month, there is a special love-related holiday to celebrate.
Question: When is this holiday celebrated?
Answer: Valentine’s Day is most commonly celebrated yearly on February 14. In some other countries, it is celebrated on a different date, or even multiple times per year!
